AKI, the founder of Akiendo, studied haircutting techniques at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon in London, and further refined both cutting and coloring techniques in Japan. From his early years, he won numerous competitions, appeared on hair show stages, and taught at academies.
He later developed his own unique method: based on personal color theory, classifying into 12 seasons and translating individuality into hair design. His style, blending each client’s uniqueness with the latest trends, has earned wide acclaim.

AKI’s theories and techniques are passed on throughout the Akiendo Group. Within the company, a detailed original certification program has been developed. Stylists who complete both theory learning and practical examinations receive a Certificate of Completion.
