Akiko Sae-ngow Endo
Born in Udon Thani, Thailand, Akiko spent her early childhood there before growing up in Japan. Through her experience working in Japanese hair salons, she embraced both the culture of beauty and the spirit of Japanese omotenashi hospitality.
She founded Akiendo as a new platform for beauty — built upon a strong technical foundation that includes haircutting techniques studied at Vidal Sassoon in London, advanced cutting and coloring methods developed in Japan, as well as extensive experience in competitions, hair shows, and academy education.
Furthermore, she has developed and expanded the 12-Season Personal Color Theory, creating designs that bring out each individual’s unique charm while blending seamlessly with the latest trends — earning wide recognition in the beauty industry.
Akiko’s goal is to deliver not only beautiful hair, but also a salon experience that enriches the spirit and leaves every client feeling truly fulfilled.
As an educator, he is dedicated to passing on his refined skills and artistic sensibility to the next generation of stylists, building a team that grows with both craftsmanship and passion for the art.
